Roche are the producers of Avastin also called Bevacizumab which is increasingly being trialled for Kidney Cancer and has been accepted for both first and second line usage in America and the EU.
Avastin / Bevacizumab was originally, and still is, indicated for treatment of advanced colorectal cancer in combination with chemotherapy.
Roche also produce
MabThera Rituximab For the treatment of patients with certain types of lymphoma
And
Kytril Granisetron HCI Used in the prevention of nausea and vomiting associated with chemotherapy or radiation.
Also
Bondronat Ibandronate For the prevention of skeletal metastases in patients with breast cancer and bone metastases.
Clearly Roche produce many other products but relative to the Urology Department cancers those listed above are those of most immediate significance.
