I found Mrs Ruston to be extremely professional throughout my entire process. Initially I was referred to her as an NHS patient by my local GP. Given my original condition it would have been easy for her to dismiss it as something that would pass (take a look at my User Page for more information), however she had the presence of mind to send me for tests.
My surgery went without a hitch and she was very attentive and came across as a person that truly cared which I think is all that one can ask for. I also felt that she would not skirt around any potential issues and would always give me direct answers.
I can't thank her enough!!
