I've had this about 3 - 4 times over the last 2 years. My consultant urlologist told me on my last visit that this did not relate to my Kidney Cancer and it was more likely to be a small stone in my tubes that occasionally causes the problem. I have been told not to worry about it. However it was good that they took it seriously enough as it ensured that they found my Kidney Cancer incidentally as part of some general tests. So I'm very grateful for that.
